Here’s the highlights of everything you get access to as part of the 12 Week Plan:

  • 1-to-1 Goal Setting Consultation and Needs Analysis: I’ll send you a questionnaire that helps me get an overall view of your key health metrics and a baseline we’ll be starting from. From there we’ll organise a 1-to-1 Goal Setting Consultation via Zoom to dive deeper into these areas and focus in on the key actions that are going to move the needle towards your goals.

  • Fully Personalised Remote Training Programme: After I’ve gathered everything I need, I’ll get to work on your fully personalised training programme that you’ll complete in your own time. You’ll have videos linked to each movement, personalised notes to help you execute movements to get the most value from them and a plan that evolves and progresses according to your capabilities and weekly feedback. You’ll have everything you could possibly need to complete your training on your own time, in a gym or at home (minimum 2x sessions per week).

  • Weekly In-person Group Movement Class in Bray: Each week you’ll attend a 1 hour group movement class. These classes give us an opportunity to work on the fundamentals of movement and build your awareness of how you handle certain movement scenarios and task. We’ll also work on various skills and abilities like acrobatics (you get a FREE Trial Class before joining).

  • Weekly Video Check-ins: This is the most valuable part of the whole process. Each week you’ll record a video of yourself chatting about various aspects of your week and how you got on with the programme (I provide the questions to answer). After you send it to me I’ll review your check-in and get back to you with a detailed personalised video on what needs to be adjusted or amended for the week to come, meaning we’re always focused on needle moving activities and addressing issues as soon as possible.

  • Technique Reviews: As part of your Weekly Check-in you’ll send me any recordings you’ve made during the week of movements on your programme (1-3 movements typically). I’ll analyse your technique and give you some recommendations on how to improve your execution of the most important movements on the programme, once again tailoring the process to you, your abilities and what’s going to help you make the most amount of progress.

  • Daily Movement Routine: You’ll be given a 10 minute Daily Movement Routine that’s going to further aid your improvements in mobility and body awareness so you start to feel supple and ready for anything on a daily basis. Once again, this is personalised to your individual needs and adapts overtime.

  • Daily Meditation Routine: We’ll lay the groundwork for overall holistic development of you as a human. This simple 10 minute Daily Meditation Routine will open up a doorway into understanding yourself and help you start to make the changes in your lifestyle and habits that are going to instill a level of meaning and purpose behind your goals and actions.

  • Habit Tracking and Data Analysis: We’ll track important daily metrics related to your goals and training so that we start to gather vital data that helps us make more informed decisions about things that need to change. This gamifies the process, makes it more enjoyable and your goals feel more achievable day by day.

This is all delivered at a pace that suits you and your availability!

I won’t overwhelm you with unnecessary material until you’re ready. Those with more time and experience will advance through quicker whereas those with a little less availability can get just as much value but in more bite-size chunks.

After our call we’ll organise a FREE Trial Class to come in and get a taste of the weekly movement classes.

From there you’ll have everything you need to make a decision on whether you want work together for the next 12 weeks.

When you’re ready to go, we’ll do a full deep dive into your movement history, goals, struggles and lifestyle and establish some baseline metrics with a questionnaire and 1-to-1 Goal Setting Consultation.

I’ll send you a fully personalised programme, tailored to your goals and needs with sessions to complete each week to bring you closer to your goals.

You’ll attend 1 weekly movement class in Bray each week, complete your assigned training sessions and check-in with me weekly so we overcome any issues and keep striving towards your end goal.

The Investment

This is a long-term approach to movement and physical development.

I’ve laid out this initial 12 week introductory period to set the foundations for a lifelong relationship with movement.

I want to give you a taste of what’s possible so over 12 weeks we’re going to work towards a very specific goal of improving your mobility, flexibility, specific movement limitations and body awareness so you can do all the advanced work to come.

I’ve packaged this up into an exclusive New Student Offer:

You’ll be asked to do the following on a weekly basis:

  • Complete 2 (or more) prescribed training sessions to be completed in your own time.

  • Attend a weekly in-person movement class in Bray from 6-7pm on Wednesdays.

  • Send a Weekly Check-in video to report on your training and progress (5 mins)

  • Watch a video response to your Weekly Check-in and complete action items relevant to your goals (10-15 minutes)

  • Complete a Daily Movement and Meditation Routine (10-20 minutes)

  • Complete a Daily Habit Tracker (1-2 minutes)

  • Provide honest feedback at various stages to help me build a better programme

  • Finally, you’ll be asked to do a video testimonial interview (via zoom) at the end of the 12 weeks to showcase your results (similar to my student testimonials)
